Combining products or components together might sound like a simple task, and in theory it is. However, in the industrial space mixing the components to a product together wrong can result in the loss of product or the quality of a product not to meet its required standards. Using industrial blending machines is the industry standard in ensuring that product mixing is done to its highest quality.
One reason that mixing machines are used is to ensure proper chemical reactions between chemicals. In some applications chemicals that are mixed together will form a third compound from its parts. Resin, glues and putties are good examples of this. Depending on the product mixed special conditions may need to be met.
